I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 15+ years. My dad surprised Ava and I with Sophia (aka queenie, sofa mofa, muffin, ms fettuccine) on June 17th 2010. She has been on our side through everything and i’m so grateful. We would go on walks everyday, I would take her to the park 3 times a week, she would help me cook dinner, and she would always be next to me as I was cleaning. She was about to be 16 this year on May 6th. She was loved by so many people. She was the sweetest girl and had the most pure heart. She was diagnosed with liver failure and at her age that is very common. We made the decision to put her at rest on February 2nd. She is finally at peace and no longer in pain. Say hello to dad for us queenie and know that you will be loved and missed. ❤️
