I remember bringing Oliver home he was so tiny , I could fit him in the palms of my hands. I knew he was going to be big since his mom was a Rottweiler and his dad was a Great Dane . But I didn’t realize how fast he would grow up . It seems in the blink of an eye he was ginormous . He had the markings of the Rottweiler but the silly goofy loving personality of a Great Dane . He was the sweetest most loving companion anyone could ask for . But could scare off bad guys if need be . He was my protector, my big teddy bear, my frisbee partner , my baby and he will be forever missed ! My heart aches everyday I miss him so very much , but I just have to remember he is in a better place now and is no longer suffering or in pain. I will hold on to all the memories he and I created and never forget our special bond! Mama loves you Olley , I’m so grateful for your love and loyalty you brought me the last 9 years. I’m sorry you were suffering your last few days , you were such a strong boy and didn’t want to show you were in pain. I hope you are resting peacefully now . I love you and miss you everyday . Until we meet again…
